Chicken breast with mozzarella and basil

2 chicken breasts
2 slices of Mozzarella cheese
2 dessert spoons of granary mustard
6 basil leaves
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Cocktail sticks
Black pepper

Serve with a healthy salad.

Cooking Instructions
We’ll start by opening the chicken breasts in the middle, but without separating them completely.
Then season the outside of the chicken breasts only with salt and black pepper.
With the breasts open, spread inside a generous dessert spoon of granary mustard and place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top, and then 3 basil leaves.
Close the chicken breast on itself and close the ends using cocktail sticks so the filling does not run out when we fry it.
In a frying pan, heat 2/3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the chicken breast, first over a medium heat, turning for around 2 to 3 minutes on each side so that they cook inside, and then over a higher heat, also for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, so they become crispy and brown on the outside.
