Chicken breasts with balsamic vinegar, honey and crème fraîche
Serves 4

500/600 g of chicken breasts
1 onion
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoons of crème fraîche 
2 tablespoons of olive oil 
Black pepper

Cooking Instructions
We’ll start by dicing the chicken breasts.
Then, finely chop the onion.
Sauté the onion with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook until it is transparent, golden.
Then, add the diced chicken breast and season with salt and black pepper, stir and leave to cook for around 4 to 5 minutes.
When the chicken breasts are a golden colour, add the 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and the tablespoon of honey.
Coat everything very well and leave to cook for about 3 minutes. Then add the 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche and mix everything very well so that the sauce is all well mixed and with a uniform colour.
Serve immediately with rice.
